It is an experiential and immersive journey to deepen the practice of mindfulness in your everyday life. The MBSR is designed to help you relieve stress from work and life.

Nurturing Ourselves with Mindfulness

Online mini-retreat specifically for college students

Practicing mindfulness helps you manage stress, succeed academically, live a satisfying life, and better connect with yourself and others. Learn simple, applicable tools in this class to live mindfully and experience a greater sense of wellbeing as a college student. Participants will have opportunity to meaningfully connect with their peers in this class (and stay in touch with them, if you so choose).

Mindful Parenting

In this practical class, we will be exploring several mindfulness and compassion tools to help you stay present and kind during all the ups and downs of parenting. We will also be examining ways mindfulness can help you re-frame common parenting challenges and cultivate balance and joy in the parenting journey itself.


No prior meditation experience is necessary. Parents of all-aged children are invited. This class will be a mix of meditations, discussions and experiential learning

FREE In-Person Introduction to Mindfulness class

During this experiential class you will have the opportunity to develop an understanding of the relationship between mindfulness and stress recovery as well as receive guidance on: posture; where to place attention and how to "anchor" attention during practice; how to skillfully work with mind wandering and distractions; and deepening attitudinal qualities that help you to develop a new relationship with yourself and your experience.
